Initial Consultation/Bodywork Session

Service Description

In this initial session, we discuss your health and wellness history, as well as your intentions for this type of care. The bodywork session includes focus on uterine, abdominal, and low back massage. Holistic Pelvic Care may also be included in this session, after discussion between myself and the person receiving. The initial session also includes a guided demonstration of Self Care massage techniques, as well as a Castor Oil pack (if indicated for the individual.)

Cancelation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. “No-shows” will be required to pay the full amount of the service scheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
